1. When will my order be shipped?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. How long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide, and estimated delivery times are:

  • USA & Canada: 7 – 14 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7 – 14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 15 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 10 – 15 business days

  • Mexico & Others: 8 – 15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.

3. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order. This will be sent to your email and can be used to follow your shipment.

4. Do I have to pay customs or extra fees?

No. We cover all customs and import fees, so there are no additional charges beyond what you pay at checkout.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at ilariacarnazza@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

7. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you're able to check out on our website, we ship to your country.

8. What if I haven’t received my order?

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems delayed, please reach out to our support team. We’ll help resolve the issue directly with the shipping carrier.

9. Do you deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
